Artist Statement
Dreams, ephemeral and apparently without substance, empower and enlighten through stories and symbols. Perhaps a dream propels you into an unknown adventure. It may draw you toward your ideal of compassion like the goddess Kuan Yin, whose tears assuage the fires of hell. A dream can be utterly playful and absurd and make you chuckle. Or maybe a dream illustrates the peace that rests within your own interior space.
